실라 로보섬(Sheila Rowbotham)은 영국의 사회주의 페미니스트이다. 1943년 웨스트요크셔에서 태어났으며, 어린 시절부터 역사에 관심 많았다. 현재 맨체스터 대학교에서 젠더와 노동사, 사회학등을 가르치고 있으며, 왕립예술협회 회원이다. 영국 마르크스 역사학의 계보를 잇는 사회주의자이자 페미니스트 이론가이며 작가로도 왕성하게 활동하고 있다. 대표적인 저서로는 1973년에 펭귄출판사에서 출간된 [Woman's consciousness, Man's World]가 있다. 최근 로보섬의 저서가 한국어로 번역되어 [아름다운 외출: 페미니즘, 그 상상과 실천의 역사(Dreamers of a New Day: Women Who Invented the Twentieth Century, 2010)]라는 제목으로 출간된 바 있다.
