기립성 저혈압(영어: Orthostatic hypotension) 또는 체위성 저혈압(영어: Postural hypotension)[1]은 사람이 일어서거나 앉았을 때 혈압이 떨어지는 증상이다. 혈압이 갑자기 떨어지는 경우도 있고 (미주신경성 기립성 저혈압(영어: Vasovagal orthostatic hypotension)), 3분 안에 떨어지는 경우 (전형적 기립성 저혈압(영어: Classic orthostatic hypotension) 또는 지연성 기립성 저혈압(영어: Delayed orthostatic hypotension))도 있다.[2]
