개요

존 루이스(John Lewis)는 영국의 백화점이다. 

존 루이스 파트너십(John Lewis Partnership)의 계열사. 존 루이스 파트너십은 기업주가 아니라 직원들 소유다. 영업이익이 나면 일반 회사들처럼 주식을 가진 주주가 가져가는 게 아니라 직원들이 나눠갖는다(직원이 곧 주주다). 영국의 ‘종업원지주회사(Employee Ownership Company)’ 중에서 가장 크고 성공적인 회사다.  2007년에 시작되었으나 본격적으로 인기를 끌게 된 것은 2011년부터. 눈사람이 등장하는 2012년의 "The Journey"편도 특히 반응이 좋았다.
